Good balm, fast response to issue
*EDITING* I improved my rating because the manufacturer replied and sent me new tubes, both of which work great. And it is a nice balm. I might have just have had bad luck (or I dunno, maybe user error?). Either way they were super responsive, made it right, and it's a nice balm. The SPF version doesn't have an icky aftertaste like so many SPF lip balms do. Moving to a "favorit" balm and the case is fun :) 2nd and 3rd tube I've tried and the 2nd and 3rd tube that won't wind up making the product is unusable after the first couple of swipes; there's no way to get more product to the usable level of the tube. I emailed the manufacturer the first time, they said turn it counter clockwise or the mechanism would break. Tried that but neither of these tubes work either. Bummer because it seems like a nice balm and I wanted something that wouldn't melt, and would be a bit more difficult (but not impossible) to get more product from. I won't be trying it again; $30 or so down the drain over a chapstick tube that won't work. Read more
