Baluue Tongue Suction Device and Puller Oral Muscle Trainer for Speech Rehabilitation Swallowing Exercises and Tongue Tip Training

I got this tongue trainer at the recommendation of my speech therapist. I am using it at home between appointments to assist with tongue strengthening and proper tongue posture. Here are my observations: - materials: made of plastic and rubber for the bulb, quality materials, will last a long time - strong secure suction: it grips my tongue securely and holds necessary suction while I go through the entire range of prescribed tongue exercises - easy to clean: I sanitize with hydrogen peroxide after each use and let it air dry - makes my tongue exercises very easy to complete: the suction is strong and exactly what I need to go through the series of prescribed home exercises without tiring my arm out - after a few days of use, I already see improvement in my swallowing and tongue posture, as well as my snoring; I visit the speech therapist every two weeks, and this device helps me grow my abilities while I wait for the next appointment - for me it is a great investment and value because it allows me to get better in between appointments I am very pleased with this tool. This tool makes such a handy alternative to trying to do home tongue exercises while trying to use your fingers or gauze pads to manipulate the tongue. There is no odor or chemical smell to this, and it cleans easily with hot water and the cleanser of your choice. Definitely a handle little tool. I would always ensure it is completely cleaned and dry before storing as bacteria could develop in the bulb part, but this will happen with all such devices. Read more
