I am very satisfied with my purchases of two big barker dog beds for my standard poodles. The quality is excellent and the microfiber cover and protective liner are very easy to take off and on when cleaning. They look 100% better in my dining room than the twin mattresses I had been using since no dog bed on the market I have ever tried retained its shape. My dogs love their beds and my dining room no longer looks like a bedroom! I bought the extra large thinking it would be big enough for both dogs but my dogs really like to stretch out when they sleep so it did not give them the room they were used to. I ended up buying another large bed and between both beds this will be perfect. I will take the extra large bed with us when we go on road trips. We needed to replace our Ruffwear dog bed that has stood the test of time for well over 10 years. They are no longer made so we had to try something new and we settled on a Big Barker. I love how the liner and the bed cover both have a zipper that goes 3/4 of the way around!! So easy to put on and take off to clean! The large liner is a nice thickness and fits the large Barker Dog Bed perfectly! This was not an inexpensive purchase but so worth the money. Oh yeah! I have an elderly dog that has IBD and is incontinent, and he's both thrown-up and leaked on his bed. The liner works like a champ and the bed foam never gets wet. It doesn't make that annoying crinkly sound either like a lot of waterproof materials--quiet and soft. The liner easily cleans up in the washing machine. The only slight drawback (and this isn't even an issue, really) is that I air dry the liner and it is so waterproof that the water pools in the inside corners of the liner. I hang it inside-out for a couple hours and then flip it right-side out and leave it until completely dry. That may be the only drawback--the drying time. But completely worth it in my opinion. The Big Barker size large bed is great so far. It's a robust 7" thick and seems sturdy as far as crush potential. I love the available water proof cover you can put on bed under the cover it comes with. I just wish the zippers for covers were more heavy duty. Bed fits perfectly in my huge Mid-West crate that my Akita stays in while I'm at work. Would love to get the "quick remove" cover too. Read more

I just received my big barker this afternoon and finally busted it open upon returning home. I was so excited for me and my dog who is a 12 year old pit bull Rhodesian ridge back char pei mix breed. My Honey suffers from arthritis and I hope to see better mornings for her. No more inferior beds and wasted money down the drain. I have gone through 4 Costco beds and 4 Petco beds in the last two and a half years. I love that this product is made in the USA and uses American made quality foam and the liner was very easy to put on. The bed in all its glory is not that heavy surprisingly. I am proud to have found this treasure for my honey and so happy for her that she is getting the best bed on the market. In addition, I very much appreciate that you folks ship to Hawaii.
