First, I received no compensation for this review. I feel this is a well built, quality piece of equipment. I bought for easy exercise, lymphatic activation and drainage, and increased circulation for both my husband and myself. I use mostly by sitting on on it and have found that simple changes in position of arms while holding onto platform triggers different areas on body. Lean a bit forward and you activate your abs, sit straight up and back a bit and you activate your back. Lock arms while holding on to plate and you get shoulders, neck, face and scalp. There are a number of different posions in which you can sit or hold on to to activate different muscle groups. For example, I pull one leg up and lay flat on platform and stretch other leg out to side and it gets inner thighs. I have yet to try all the settings, but am really enjoying this machine. I also find that on a low speed, I can close my eyes and kind of float away in a sort of meditation. I find it very relaxing as it does relax the muscles and eases tension. While not a massage, it accomplishes the same thing. When done I feel calm and energized. I was already losing weight so not sure how much I can attribute to the machine, but I have noticed a reduction in the size of my calves, thighs, arms and abdomen. This could just be activation of lymphatic system and the release of water and garbage. I have also noticed that I am more limber in my joints. There are a few design changes I would make. First, the control panel should be covered or recessed so thighs don't change settings when sitting on it. I find this extremely frustrating as platform not large enough to get away from control panel and this limits the number possible positions. Second, I would love more hand holds on the frame to change positions of arms. Holding onto platform on front corners and back corners gives more activation of muscles, but there are no handles or holds. One thing I really love is that when on a high speed, it gradually reduces speed when time is up. If you are looking to buy one of these machines I would recommend looking closely at this one. This is a great machine, especially for the money. Very solid, love the wheel for moving. The only thing I believe is in great need of improvement is the directions on how to use the programs and features. I have to go to other makers to gain a better understanding of the features. I really like this machine but the cord is not secure in the device port/ plug-in. I was sent a replacement, however, the new one is exactly the same, loose from the very beginning. This tells me it's a construction issue. I am VERY disappointed. After a short while the vibration of the device loosens the cord even more. Then you cannot even use it because it keeps shutting off the power to the platform by unplugging constantly. This new one is 1 day over the 30-day warranty and is now unplugging again as the last one. I will call to return the device but it's not worth $350 if it lasts only a month. Read more

My biggest concern with my unit is that the power cable does not stay firmly in place. I am having to insert it back into place with every use. This is worrisome! Read more

I had high expectations for this unit. Unfortunately and dangerously it switches on it's own fron the lowest levels quickly to 100. Changes initiated from the remote control cause this as well. It will throw you off of it. Safety - Zero. It will not stay on the settings you select. Started happening conveniently after the return window closed. Read more
