I coach little league pitchers. Bought the Bucwild bands at the same time I purchased another, more popular and way more expensive, but essentially the same, product. (starts with a J) Both youth resistance. I found the bucwild velcro wrist wraps to be superior in comfort. a few days ago the other, more expensive brand finally snapped (they are both at least 5 years old) but the Bucwild's still going strong. Ordered a new pair of Bucwild's, got them in 2 days, but alas they were the red, heavier tension, 13 and up bands. Followed the instructions included with the bands saying to text with pics for replacement. VERY shortly I received a reply, told the corrected bands are being shipped, and keep the ones I already have! AND......this was at 6:00 west coast time on a Friday! They have since sent follow up texts with tracking info. So, super impressed with customer service, no doubt the best I have ever had and the texts were definitely sent by a HUMAN! Read more
