These are resistance bands, not some specialized softball, baseball, or football training tools. That said, they do the job well and have what I would consider "medium" resistance (the 30-lb set). I like the wrist bands, and fasten the straps to a door knob when indoors, to a fence (as they show in pictures and videos) when outdoors. Recommended. If bought again, would buy the set with three different resistance bands for only 1/3 increase in price. Read more
