This is a thin paste which may require several layers to work but very neatly covered a divot in a louvered door. It did require several thin layers but worked excellently and easily with my limited physical dexterity. The product has a tight cap and I hope that it will stay moist for any future repairs, I have trashed more tubs of spackle that has dried out thoroughly between needs. It applies easily and does sand down after a very fast drying period with sandpaper and and small spatulas included. i did switch to 240 grit sanding block on the louvers for a very smooth surface.
