The products were placed in a quart zip lock bag and then in a poly type shipping bag. Some where along the way the bag was stepped on, run over, or had something really heavy dropped on it. It arrived with the zip lock opened and the body cream bottom broke and cream was every where. At first I thought that foam packing had melted in the heat but in washing every thing I realized that every time I squeezed the body cream more come out the bottom.
