FINALLY Some Nice Rubber Backing
I can not tell you how many bathroom rugs we have gone through looking for something with some good rubber backing. HOW THIS COMES This comes in a plastic bag folded up. You will need some resting time for the creases to smooth out. TOP This is a very bright and colorful rug just like the listing photos show. (It is too dark lately to do good color photos or I would post one for you). The texture is soft, but not too deeply plush. This is soft, but will pack down quickly. BACKING This is not one of those annoying rugs with tiny dots on it. This has rubberized honeycomb type design on the back. Is it is as good as the older rubber backed rugs that stayed put? No. But it does stay put way better than anything made in recent years that we have found. DRYING This dries pretty quickly once wet. THE BOTTOM LINE This is a nice rug for the bathroom with a decent rubberized back. MY RATING FIVE STARS. Despite the good rubberized backing, I still decided to use rug tape to tape it into place on the floor. Our cat likes to roll it in a lump and I got tired of it. The tape can be removed for washing and replaced again. I hope to get some photos updated on this soon for you once it lightens up around here. Read more
