I bought this light to place above a vanity in a bathroom. I prefer lots of light and I think having 3 bulbs will provide ample illumination above the vanity. I also like the bronze finish which will go well with the other bathroom finishes. The light came with everything needed to assemble the light and mount it on the wall. It even included a pair of cotton gloves which I assume is to keep you from marring the metal bronze surface and soiling the lamp shades. It was a nice touch. Assembling the light isn’t difficult, but you need to pay attention to the order that things need to be done to avoid having to adjust pieces later. I think it took me approximately 30 minutes to remove everything from the box, lay it out, and then assemble it fully. I only had some bright bulbs on hand to take the included photos. If your bulbs support it, a dimmer can be used to adjust the level of light to your personal preference. Even without a dimmer, the lamp shades are quite nice and will help to tone down any harsh light. My bathroom is not yet ready, so I photographed the light on a table being held level by a block of wood. The light looks very nice and will look wonderful once it is mounted above the vanity.
