This has been a very good machine. A minor problem to start with but at 10:30 at night they responded immediately to my request sent the part right out and I was up and running in a couple days. This is a great midsize auto scrubber for smaller areas and with the low profile. I can adjust the handle way down and go right under tables without having to slide the table across the floor and has a big enough water tank to do a larger building without having to empty and fill up with water after 20 minutes.
