I ordered these for my son (6’0”, 195 lbs) and the Extra Large fits him well. The 7” inseam hits just above the knee, which he prefers for workouts. He’s worn them to the gym and reports they’re comfortable and easy to move in. These shorts are designed to be athletic shorts, not casual shorts...so the fit is more form fitting by their very design. They are lightweight, and they move and stretch well as athletic wear needs to and should. The built in boxer liner is a great feature, they are form fitting and if you want a looser fit, order up a size. The drawstring waistband makes them very versatile, and a great fit for a wide range of sizes. The pockets are also great! These 7" Inseam Men's Athletic Shorts are made of 88% polyester and 12% spandex. They are ATHLETIC fit, so they will be smaller, tighter, and a snugger fit than a casual pair of shorts. They are made for active wear and NOT casual wear. There are three (3) pockets. The pocket on the right side and back right cheek have a zipper to keep your belongings secure. There is also a pocket on the left side that is open and does not have a zipper. These are VERY WELL constructed. Just keep in mind they are ATHLETIC fit and will be snug. They will be perfect running shorts for my husband. At the time we received these athletic shorts they were priced at $50 which is expensive, but that is what they sell for.
