This cropped jacket is beautiful! It’s a dark rich cranberry color tweed with brass buttons. The buttons have BCBG with floral designs around it on them. I was torn between getting a size 8 and a size 6 because I have a bigger chest. In the end I went with a 6 since this is an open jacket with no button closure and it fits perfectly. I could have ordered an 8 and I think that still would have been fine but the 6 was perfect for a fitted look. This cropped tweed jacket is warm and perfect for the cooler months. A winter must have and would be great for holiday parties. It would be cute with jeans and boots or heels or with dress pants. So many ways to style this and I genuinely can’t wait for the weather to get a little colder so that I can wear it. It’s still just a bit too warm right now where I live. This jacket is very pretty and is well-constructed. But, it’s too tight across the shoulders to comfortably wear. I’m an XS or S in all tops (I don’t own a M or 6) yet this jacket in a size 4 is too narrow in the shoulders. If I went up a size, it would be too big everywhere else. It’s a substantial weight with quality hardware and a full lining. It’s versatile and chic… wear it with pants, skirts or jeans. Fit/sizing is tough though. Read more

The jacket is so well tailored that it fits so perfectly on my shoulders. I am normally a size 6 or a medium, and I ordered the 6 in this jacket and it is such a perfect fit. I'm a 32D bust and I think there's more than enough room for someone who might have a larger chest, but have a size 6 frame. The details in the fabric are so lovely, there's a clear shiny piece woven in the fabric so it just catches the light and sparkles occasionally. The gold buttons are so beautiful and detailed. I love the way this hangs on me and looks like a motorcycle jacket and also a super amazing blazer. It's just so cool. There is no closure of any kind on the front, no clasps, no hidden eye hooks. This BCBG cropped tweed blazer is stunning! Gorgeous jewel tone burgundy color, lovely textures to add interest and unique details make this a perfect addition to any holiday wardrobe. It feels thick and expensive, but it’s not too heavy to wear as part of an outfit rather than just outerwear. I found the sizing to be quite small. I’m 5’7, 34DD, size 4 in nearly everything. I ordered a 6 in this jacket to have a slightly oversized fit so I could layer underneath it. However, I found the 6 to be tight across the shoulders. An 8 would likely be the best fit for me so I definitely suggest sizing up unless you’re very narrow in the shoulders. Read more
The media could not be loaded. For comparison, I am 5'7", 130 lbs, and a little short-waisted. I really love this jacket! It fits perfectly, and looks much more expensive than it actually is. It's made out of a heavy tweed that has a lot of texture (jacket weighs 2 lbs). Both the exterior tweed and the interior satin print lining are made out of 100% polyester. The buttons are very ornate, with a BCBG imprint in the center (a spare button is provided). The label on the jacket designates that this is a special edition garment. And it truly does feel special, like extra care was put into both the design and the fabric selection. The overall construction of the jacket is of extremely fine quality. There is a lot of attention to the details, like the fabric trim that wraps around the cuff and is anchored by a gold button. The shoulders have padding, but it's not excessive, it looks proportional. The sleeves are long, draping just over the wrist (it's the length I prefer). Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality and the fit of the jacket. I just wish they had used natural fabrics instead of using polyester--that would have elevated the jacket all the way to perfection. Read more
What a nice, high quality jacket. It is really thick and substantial. The sleeves are a little long for me, as I am only 5'4 and have kind of short arms, but are a good average length. I feel like it is cropped like it shows in the pictures. It is true to size. The fabric and stitching is good quality. Read more
This jacket is very thick. Its great for winter weather. I should've sized up one as I have broader shoulders. I love the design on the jacket. I wore mine with a button up shirt and a tie with some casual pants and tennis shoes. It can def be dressed up as well. Its very well made. The sleeves are long enough. Love this jacket. Read more
