This front and rear dash cam is, in most respects very good. The image quality, day and night is quite good and more than just acceptable. In fact I was surprised at that quality considering the modest price point. It mounts to the dash with an adhesive Velcro like strip and that holds it securely, although I am not certain how long lasting the Velcro will be in this use. Other than that possible problem this unit feels to be well made and all of the features which I have used work very well indeed and unless I have an accident which triggers the unit, all is well. That I have not tested of course. The one thing I do not like is that there are too many wires strung around the car and that is extremely annoying,, at leas st for me. It would be a lot better if the rear camera was connected wireless, even if it cost more. In the alternative I think it could bee professionally instilled , with the wires tucked away and the power also hard wired in place rather than plugged into the utility socket. That would cost $$$ though aand I will not have it done. Other than that I am happy with it so far and IMHO it is a good value for such a feature rich dash cam. Read more
