Drinking enough water is always a challenge for me and this product really helped me get in more H20 daily. It dissolves relatively well too, no blender ball or whisking needed. I love everything kiwi strawberry, so out of the few options here, I thought that's be the best. I was wrong. My sister had the same reaction. We both immediately said it was too strong, added more water, then regretted making more to drink. I've gotten a bit used to the taste, but don't enjoy it at all. I love Glow! I've tried raspberry and watermelon so far. Both taste great! I've noticed a big difference in my skin.
