I've been wanting a steam cleaner for a while now and ordered this one. First test was on laundry room tile/grout. Now I have a tile with 4 clean grout sides standing out. Will do the rest later lol. After my test I took it out to my garage and slid under my jeep YJ and started hitting oily grease on engine block, frame etc and cleaned it up pretty good. There isn't a lot of pressure to really blast away gunk but come on now!! this is a smaller portable unit not an industrial steamer! It heats up quick, the attachments are nice. The brush attachments work great on grill grates and even in the oven and microwave. Looking forward to using it on the shower and toilets for that extra extra clean. Read more
As said it's dangerously hot on metal. But, after the first burn you learn! (I should have read instructions before using)! It works great. If the attachment seems to keep getting loose, use a tool to tighten it. I have cleaned several dirty vehicles. (I live in the country and clean work vehicles). That should tell ya the dirty does get cleaned good. Now my only complaint is the size. I have to refill far too many times to clean just one vehicle. But, it's not their problem, it's mine for purchasing such a small portable device. I love it. I recommend it if you want a deep clean. Read more

I bought this thinking the size would be more convenient to use in smaller areas. I detail cars and figured it would be a good choice. I tried it first in my house on my sink and faucet etc. I seemed to work ok. The first time I used it on a car it work for 15-20 minutes and then shut off. I unplugged it and waited a few minutes. Plugged it back in and turned it on, when I did that the circuit it was plugged into started dragging. I had a light and vacuum cleaner plugged into the same circuit and it slowed the vacuum down and dimmed the light but wouldn’t work, obviously it had a short in it. So my experience with this unit was bad. Of course I was past my 30 day return policy by 3 days. I tried calling the manufacturer and there phone line just rang 5-6 times and would hang up. I did this probably 5 times. I decided to reach out to Amazon. They tried to get ahold of the manufacturer with no luck. So they made an exception and let me return it and gave me my money back. Thanks to Amazon but I would not recommend this machine or the customer service department for the manufacturer. Read more
My husband bought this bc the water chamber was bigger than the steam mop I had purchased. Now he uses it for everything from defrosting our ice maker (notoriously bad!) in our Samsung refrigerator to cleaning our tile floors and auto wheel covers. Very versatile! Read more
