The gecko seems to like it, finds “favorite spots”, climbs here and there. I should note that like all such decor pieces, the suction cups eventually fail and the things fall within the enclosure — so you have to once more wet them and stick them up. Par for the course. This is a great collection, especially to start out. I didn’t use the little plants (they look like they belong in an aquarium, not a bearded dragon habitat). But my dragons loves the hammock, it’s usually where she sleeps! I wish the hanging plant was more full like this picture, but it wasn’t too bad and it worked. I used the bending wood thing as a bridge, so she can walk across it to get to her basking platform. Overall I think it’s a pretty good deal, especially for starters not able or wanting to spend a lot of money. Everything has held up pretty well, there wasn’t much of a smell except for the hanging plant. I soaked it in a mix of white vinegar and water, then rinsed it really good and the smell was gone. Our beardies love their new "reptile furniture." It gives them new places to bask or hide. I will admit, I was concerned they would try to eat the fake foliage, but that doesn't seem to be a problem, even with our younger beardie that has the self preservation skills of a potato. 😂 Read more
I was really excited for this one but when time came, only about half of this stuff was able to be used. The log bridge, is great, it's bendable, very durable and relatively large, the hammock is alright as well but I'm not too sure of what the original vision was with it, unless you have like a 5 gal tank it's useless but I still managed to make it work in a 40 gal by sticking it to one side and slanting it like a skateboard ramp in a way. The faux plants look nice but are more made for an aquarium which is kind of disappointing but they make it look pretty I suppose, and that big plant on the top left? Absolutely wonderful my beardie loves it I'll often look at his terrarium in the morning to find that he's resting on the top of it, as for the other plants? I'm very very disappointed I don't recommend using them if you do get this because they're made of a very cheap Styrofoam material and the leaves are made of like this thin paper fabric, it can easily be torn if and ingested by any animals with strong apparatuses.
