Pro: -Perfect for my daily usage, such as podcast deep base music(if you use equalizer apps), youtube videos, phonecalls. -good Bluetooth range (400ft in unobstructed open air) -good noise cancellation if you stuff the earpiece inside using the ear hook(reducing 100db aircraft noise to around 30db, especially if using high volume music) -ear piece charge can last 4hr at full volume, and the case recharges the earpiece around 3x. Case take 2hr to charge using regular usb 5v 2A. -also connect to firetv(though volume seems low somehow), pc, android,(no beats software needed) Cons: -Uncomfortable if using the earpiece stuff inside your ear using ear hook over 3hrs(can even cause iritation. So ensure to wipe the rubber with alcohol every 3days) -ear hook tends to crack and break off around 6months under extreem usage (rain, sweat, droping on ground 2-3x a week) -if your ears are wet, and not using ear hook, ear piece easily falls off -after a year, the charging pins on the case weakends and you must press down the ear piece so it charged. -pausing and unpausing irritates the inner ear if ear peice rubber is dirty. Well let me say first of all I had a bad experience with the first pair I bought but I think it's because they were refurbished and there was something else that might have been wrong with them that needed to be repaired but this pair was choice and has been fantastic I use these all the time and I highly recommend them their quality I have great long battery time I only have to charge them about once every 2 weeks but to be honest I only use them when I go for doctor appointments when I get out of the car walking to an appointment staying in the doctor and then back to the car and I do this every two weeks they're just they're great and they're reliable, Read more

Left earbud would not connect to phone. I was able to see it on my device but when pulled out of case it disconnected. I also put the case on the charger all night the left earbud only charged to 79%. However let me note I received a brand new pair for my birthday and both earbuds had the same connectivity problem where they would only be connected to my device while in the case. Read more
