Beautife Womens Plus Size Summer Babydoll Top is nicely made, not a stitch out of place. The fabric is soft and comfortable. It is a short sleeve crew neck t-shirt at the top with a crept oversized skirt type as the bottom of the shirt. It is nice but it looks better on the model than me. But that's my body's fault, not the shirt's. I still like it overall. The shirt comes down to your thigh and covers your belly. Great camouflage. The arm sleeves are loose but not so large that someone can see your side bra. They come just above your elbows, that length helps provide sun protection for your upper arms. I like the army green color as you can wear it in all seasons and still be fashionable. I found the size to be correct. Not to big or small. The material seems durable and it will last. I washed it in cold water and tumble dried it on the polyester setting. It came out beautifully, no wrinkles or piling. There are no tags or brand stamps on the fabric so those that have a sensitivity sensory to tags, you will be able to wear this shirt in comfort. A fun thing about it is, you could have it on backwards and not know it as you can't tell the difference between the two. 😀 Overall, it is a good value because of it's quality and comfort. What I really like about this top is that it can help dress up the most casual of outfits, while still allowing you to be comfortable! And even though it’s a loose fitting style shirt, the added elastic waistband pulls it in and helps to flatter your figure. This was my first time getting this type of shirt because I always worry that something like this could have the opposite affect and I would hate it… I was really surprised that I liked it as much as I do. The material is stretchy and I love that the sleeves come down to my elbows instead of being shorter. I think the placement of the waistband is what makes or breaks this type of top, and in this case it made it! I’ve seen others that just sit too high and they end up not looking right in my opinion. Or they won’t have enough stretch and the band will be tight and uncomfortable , which will then lead to it stretching out. Not the case here! It also has a great length to it, instead of it coming up too short… which I really like. The material is also very breathable and will be perfect for spring and summer! I was really happy with this top once I tried it on. The babydoll/peplum style is forgiving without looking oversized or sloppy. The seam sits higher under the bust so the fabric flows outward instead of clinging to the stomach area, which is exactly what I wanted. It gives shape while still being loose and comfortable. The material is soft and lightweight. Similar to a smooth jersey knit, and it lays nicely instead of feeling stiff. It’s breathable enough to wear indoors for hours without getting hot, and it doesn’t feel scratchy on the skin. I wore it around the house for most of the day and the neckline stayed in place and didn’t stretch out or sag. Length wise it covers the lower stomach and hips, so it pairs really well with leggings or jeans. I tried it tucked slightly in the front and also left untucked, and both ways looked good because the fabric drapes instead of bunching. I purchased this for my wife, and she says that it is comfortable and seems like it will hold up well to wear. I will say that the pictures don't accurately capture the color--this was supposed to be a true red, but in person it looks closer to a tangerine sort of orangish-red. I’m honestly surprised how much I like this shirt. I don’t usually reach for babydoll styles because with a larger chest they can sometimes give that “pregnant” look. In this case, the waist seam sits low enough that I didn’t have that problem at all. The peplum portion is nice and long and does a great job of skimming over the tummy area if you’re not looking to highlight that. Other than the peplum detail, it’s a pretty basic top. The upper half is essentially a simple crew neck T-shirt with slightly longer sleeves (I personally wouldn’t mind if the sleeves were just a tad shorter). It’s loose, lightweight, comfortable, and very easy to throw on. Not the most exciting shirt in the world, but very wearable. I really wanted to love this top because the color is pretty and the babydoll style is flattering in photos. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations.
