I don't like the fact that I have to take 4 tablets per day on top of other pills I have to take for my prescription. I also think it is expensive for a bottle that last 30 days. The tablet has a standard size. It has same size like other tablets that are being sold on the market. The tablet doesn't give a bad taste. I feel my skin hydrated while I am taking these tablets. It's cold season and I can see my skin doesn't show dryness even though I use heater more in the cold season. While skin appearance might not be clear example, I can say more about my hair. Zenos house of Aenos supplements were founded to produce premium anti aging products. Everything in the ingredients makes me think this is a well thought out formula. I was going to take it for hair loss and my aging skin but after researching the ingredients I feel I can’t take it due to the fact that it might interfere with the regimen I’m on for a health problem. I also don’t think I could afford to keep taking them. I would recommend them to someone who can use them without interfering with their existing medications. They seem like great quality designer supplements. I looked up the founders of the company, and read some history about it I looked up every trademark registered blend to see what is in them. The printing on the bottle is incredibly small. My hair has always been fairly thick with good body so I hadn't paid much attention to nourishing it. Now, that I'm in my 70s, I've noticed it wasn't as thick as in my younger years. Zenos Health BeautyZen supports skin, nails, and hair. It was the hair that I focused on but my skin and nails could use a boost, too. The bottle contains 120 capsules, but you need to take 4 each day. This means the container has a one-month supply. Since I take a lot of supplements, adding 4 more capsules each day put me off a bit, but now, I'm glad I followed through with these. I felt the improvement in my hair was noticeable so I was pleased with that. It may be that I need to take it longer to get the desired improvement in my nails. I want to commend them on the container. It's eminently suitable for reuse with its sturdy structure and straight sides. This is definitely an overpriced supplements. There are many supplements out there with similiar ingredients but with much affordable price. I haven't taken it long enough to noticed a difference yet. There is no aftertaste or unpleasant scent, do that's good. I recently started taking the Zenos Health BeautyZen supplement, which is formulated with a DHT blocker, Biotin, Collagen, and Keratin for hair growth and anti-aging. The directions require me to take four capsules a day, which is quite a few, but I haven't experienced any ill side effects since starting them, which is a huge relief. I haven't really noticed any major benefits or differences in my hair or skin just yet, but I have only been taking them for two weeks. Like most of these types of products, I would imagine you'll probably have to take this supplement for a few months in order to see any real, noticeable benefit.
