My husband is always complaining about his ears and picking at them. Sometimes he complains he can feel wax but we’ve never had an easy way of getting it out and when we use drops or irrigate his ears, we never really know if we got all of the wax and with the drops, he has to wait over night and the irrigating his ears is just a big production. This thing is amazing though. Within a few minutes I was able to clean a bunch of ear wax all from one ear. The second ear has mix harder wax. So I was able to get a little bit out, but the wax was so hard it was becoming uncomfortable for him as I tried to remove it. So we’re doing the ear drops and will try to get the rest of the wax out tomorrow. At least now I think once that wax softens a little, it will come out as easily as the first ear. Read more

My son has always had very bad wax build up. I was told it has a lot to do with him being premature. Anyways, we have tried several over the counter products, prescriptions and visits to the ENT. The only thing that ever worked was ENT visits. With that said, copay of $20 every visit or buy this.... Answer.... BUY THIS! It does take a little practice and very steady hand but it gets deep enough to clean full ear canal without causing pain or injury. Must sit straight up and looking forward for best positioning. Make sure to have tissues/towel ready. Also.... for us it was best to break the wax up some by using Peroxide first. Took about 30 straight minutes but all wax is gone. Including a huge ball in the back of his canal! Worries.... the tool comes off easily with pressure. Do not apply pressure. You shouldn't need to because of the spoon shaped head. Have tweezers near just in case it snaps off in the ear. I wouldn't use this on anyone under 10 to be honest. Read more

It was easy to connect to the network through smartphone and get the image from the camera. The only caveat was the tip is breakable so it should not be applied with a lot of power during use. The image was clear and does not have any focus issues like another brand I bought before. Read more

EDIT: I haven't used the bebird in like a year because it broke, the screen on my phone shows all black. I've tried alot to get it working, like reconnecting it to wifi etc but to no avail. Broke out of nowhere wouldn't recommend. Another edit months later: I deleted my original 5 star review completely because I'm disappointed in the product, and customer service who I attempted to contact three times. Asked for a refund or replacement, and got no answer and was lead nowhere. Don't buy this. period. Waste of $30 or whatever, it was nice the couple of months it worked. Look for another ear camera, or another way to clean your ears all together.
