This is one of the most sturdy and unbreakable bed frames I think we have ever assembled. Bamboo is the new natural look and I am in love with it. It's solid and sturdy, but brings a light color to the wood component that pine used to have. The thing with pine is that it is not as strong as bamboo and this is just an amazing frame. It took some time to assemble and you definitely want to put it together in the room that you will be using it in.
