It has the perfect amount of squish and firmness. It looks and feels like an expensive mattress. The mattress is decent for the price it’s firm. I ordered firm. I think it’s a little more firm than I anticipated. I do believe the mattress needs a thicker pillow top. If This mattress had double the memory foam in the pillow top would be a home run. I believe it needs more memory foam in the pillow top for hip support. My condo is on the second story and unfortunately the Amazon driver delivered it but left it by my garage door. The reason I call this out is because the package is super heavy. I had to get help to take it up. I purchased this in Firm, Queen size. We rolled it out and immediately it fluffed. I have been using for two weeks and have told everyone about it. It is an awesome mattress!!!! No back pain, and I sleep through the night. Thickness is great. I did put a mattress cover for additional support because one can't have enough support. Buy it!
