This is the third pillow I purchased hoping that one of them would help with my neck and shoulder pain that has been with me since June 2025. I was a constant jigsaw puzzle person having done over 100 since covid began and gave myself jigsaw puzzle neck......very painful. The reviews on this pillow were great but I had my doubts. First of all it is extremely heavy and it was quite a challenge getting it out of its plastic wrapping. BUT.....I have been using it now for about 10 days and my neck and right shoulder discomfort is much better. I haven't had to take a tylenol or motrin since I started using it. It is extremely firm and I thought it would be impossible for me to get used to it, but even the first night after I positioned myself on it, I slept very well. I mostly sleep on my sides and it takes a bit of figuring out but I am so glad I stuck with it. I highly recommend it! Read more

Great pillow! I have compressed disks and narrowing of the c-spine and have had debilitating neck pain for years. I've tried other pillows and found they did not provide the support needed. Since purchasing this pillow and using it for a month my neck pain has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY! If my pain weren't from actual spine damage it probably would be non existent. I feel support and the pillow is still very comfortable and soft. The material used cradled my neck and head wonderfully without deflation over night and pops right back to the original shape every morning. I would recommend this pillow and I would purchase another if ever needed. An added bonus, it comes with a shaped pillowcase that zips on and does not slide around, the material is very soft and truly keeps cools through the night. Read more

I have been thru MANY pillows to try and alleviate my headaches and neck pain. I had high hopes for this one, but it definitely was not for me. It was entirely too hard in the neck support part. I ended up with horrible neck, ear and jaw pain from how my head fit in the head part. It is not a good pillow for me and I will be returning. It also smelled really strong when I opened it, smelled like a chemical. Read more

I wanted this pillow to be my long sought after answer to my pillow crisis I’ve been experiencing, but it just fell short. The size and 2 included cases are amazing and even luxurious. What I was most excited about was the rod that went across the cervical neck area, as this has been a huge source of pain for me. It just didn’t do anything extra. I felt, like most memory foam pillows, it was flat by morning and it seriously lacked the support I’m craving. I think it has amazing potential, but ultimately fell flat for me, literally. Read more

I have been using cervical neck pillows for years. My former favorite went out of business, I guess. I have tried so many in the last few years and this one is the best!
