This is a fantastic deal for two awesome pillow cases. My dad has skin issues, especially with his arms so months ago I got him a satiny pillow case from the dollar store for him to try. He loved it. It started to get those 'pills' on it, and became rough, as it was cheap and he rested his arm on his pillow when he watches TV. So I read reviews and decided on this set. He loves it. The satin type pillow cases from stores seemed too cottony which would be rough on his skin, but these are SO smooth and silky and cooling. These pillow case fabric feels like high end ones without spending 4x the amount. I feel like the fabric helps me sleep better. I also hope I will see long term results around my hairline from the normal toss and turn while asleep. I haven’t noticed my pillows slipping since they don’t have a zipper closure. The quality of material seems to be good, but the biggest issue is that there's no zipper, so your pillow will "leak" out of the case from time to time. Didn't notice a chemical smell and the satin seemed to be soft. They're thin and lightweight. The pillow slippage can be pretty inconvenient, but otherwise the pillowcase is decent. Read more
