This review is for the Beelink SER9 MAX Ryzen 7 H255 with 32GB ram and 1TB SSD, purchased in Feb. 2026. Delivery and packaging were excellent. The mini PC is very well made, and relatively easy to open up for access to replaceable components. The ram DIMM modules and SSD nvme slots are easily accessible, with a nice heatsink over the SSD area that conveniently flips out of the way. This unit shipped with DDR5 ram and a Crucial P310 1TB SSD. In normal operation, the fan is extremely quiet, but it does seem to run all the time, even when the system is in sleep mode. For such a small unit, it includes a nice array of video and data ports; I just wish it also included an SD slot. I gave the Beelink only four stars out of five because the preinstalled Windows system also includes bloatware that I do not trust, and that I was not able to cleanly uninstall. I chose to purchase another SSD card onto which I did a clean installation of Windows 11 Pro from Microsoft's installer, and then I erased the Crucial SSD to use as a data drive. Note that the Beelink package does NOT include the Windows 11 key, which you will need to obtain from Beelink support if you decide to reinstall Windows 11. On the positive side, their tech support responded to my questions quickly and provided me with the necessary key, as well as links to useful drivers and tutorials. Read more
