solid quality beet root supplement
I’ve been using beet root for about a year now since I found out it helps with circulation and blood pressure and has a beneficial effect when working out or at home. The Beet Root Capsules 1300mg are easy to take, and I haven’t had any stomach issues or side effects with them. I like that the dosage is a little lower than what I was taking before, since it feels more manageable and healthier long term. For the cost, the value is good, and the quality seems consistent. This bottle gives me what I need without overdoing it. Read more

These capsules contain only beet root powder so they do have a slight odor and taste although it’s not at all bad. They’re easy to take and unlike another brand I have purchased, the dose is 2 capsules versus 3 of the other. I have a bit of an issue swallowing some capsules, so it’s a bonus to take less. I like to allow 39 days to judge the effectiveness, so I’ll update later. Read more
Beet root powder - would like nitrate information
Beet juice is known for some blood pressure and exercise benefits, so these beet root powder capsules are exciting, and I'm hoping they'll help pump up my workouts a little. I wish they had specific information about the amount of nitrates per dose, though - that's the active ingredient in beetroot and beetroot juice, and the packaging doesn't give me much information about how much I'm getting in a serving. Nice packaging, but hard to get detailed information
The first thing I look for in a supplement like this is a lot number and expiration date. That suggests the company is clearing the lowest bar of quality, and this one clears that bar. There are MANY brands of supplements, so how do you vet an unknown brand like "OneBtanicl?". Google can help. It appears to be made in China and distributed from the UK. The company seems legit, and the product seems fine, but it would be better if they were more open about the manufacturing and certifications when the brand is unknown like this one. The supplement itself, beetroot extract, is well studied and the nitrates should give you a nice blood pressure benefit according to many studies. Read more
