I am really impressed with the packaging; packaged very well, protecting the leather and zippers; zippers are of very nice quality; beautiful chrome (if that is what the material is); extremely spacious; shoulder strap is great quality and great length for carrying over shoulder or Cris-cross in front or back; was very well wrapped & protected; weight is perfect; extremely sturdy on the quality; definitely a great purchase and value for the money. Oh, how I wish this bag was perfect, it’s so close. First dislike is shiny silver zippers. If they were darker brass color with the brown leather, it would look so much better in my opinion. It would look richer. Second objection is the thinner strap. If the strap were thicker it would feel more comfortable and look better. The great part about this bag is that it’s a great size. I have a lot of stuff and it all fits. Also, I’ve scoured Amazon looking for a built in wallet and this purse has it! I never knew what I was missing without this feature. I can fit receipts, paper money, and coins all organized and accessible without leaving my shoulder. GENIUS. I never realized how much room a separate wallet takes up, with the built in its clean and flat. Adjoining area has plenty of room for several credit cards. There are 3 more outer areas, I use one for my phone. So far the others remain empty (unthinkable for me)! Another great feature is the mouth of the main compartment is very easy to stay open and displays contents beautifully. No struggles. I tried 3 other similar bags and this is the keeper. This is the 3rd Befen bag that I ordered from Amazon. I loved my first two so much, I just had to order this one with the built in RFD wallet. This is my first time reviewing a product on Amazon, but I like these purses so much I felt I had to leave a review. I like the fact that the lining is a light color so that you can clearly see what you have in your purse. This bag has lots of different compartments - which I LOVE! It helps me stay organized and I can find things very easily. It is amazing how much "stuff" I can fit into this bag without it feeling crowded or heavy. The shoulder strap has lots of room to adjust the length to suit your needs. The zippers work really nicely and are a silver color which feels very contemporary. The bag came with a thin cloth bag for storage when not in use. The zipper pulls came with a protective plastic coating on them to prevent scratching during shipping and easily pulled off the zipper pull. My 1st Befen cross body was a smaller one in silver that I used on a trip to Vegas and it held everything that I needed all week-end, with no need to switch out to an evening bag at night, which was a plus. The 2nd Befen bag I bought was a little larger and in the light blue color. I have been using that purse every day, all summer long and it has worked out great and looks as good as the day I received it. I am looking forward to using my new, navy blue Befen bag for the winter months. Price is reasonable and I would certainly recommend Befen bags. So far I have been very happy with my purchases. This is a lovely purse and I was very pleased with the quality when I picked it up. I am disappointed that the card slots are too small and my standard bank cards and drivers license will not fit inside the slots. They are too small which is I assume a quality control issue. I chose this style of purse specifically for the built in wallet. Unfortunately I do not have the time to send it back for a replacement and will now need to use a wallet to hold my bank cards. This is a perfect purse for travel. So many compartments to store money, cards, passports all separately and safely. I have used mine on my last two international trips and I will buy another one in a different color. Cross body bags are the way to go for me in daily life.
