This is a great travel bag! First off, there is a secure magnetic snap and a nice flat front closure. Wha makes this a great travel bag is the fact that the bag also has zippered compartments - a front compartment that is almost like a built in wallet- it has card slots / cash pocket and a nice sized middle zip area. You can completely remove the need for a wallet! Then there is a larger zippered interior with a zippered compartment, a pocket and enough room for the basics, without being too big. My phone, lip gloss, key fob, sunglasses and mini perfume very easily fit. Another hidden gem of this bag is the fact that there is a back zipper where you can put your passport/ cash/ any important items and keep it next to your body - away from pickpockets! As far as the bag itself goes- it is fully made of a soft but pebbled leather and resistant to scratching ( I am rough on my bags !!!) and the bag comes with a crossbody strap, which is removable, so you could always swap out the strap if you wanted. I have a big wallet but it’s not quite big enough to put my phone and other essentials in while running to the store, but I don’t want to take my big bag with me. This is so perfect. This is one perfect bag! It is so attractive, simple and elegant. First of all, the leather is soft and beautiful and scratch resistant. The size of the bag is approximately 3” by 6” by 8.5”. The main zippered pocket is large enough to hold a mini iPad, my makeup, my glasses, Kleenex, keys, a note pad, pen and so much more. It also features a slot pocket and zippered pocket. The extra wallet section has 6 RFID protected card slots, a pocket for cash and checks and even a zipper pocket for coins. Because of these features, I no longer have to carry a large bag. This is all the room I need. Because of the adjustable strap, I can use it as a crossbody and my hands are free. If I want to use it as an evening bag, I simply remove the strap.
