Bought this for an apartment I was moving into that was on the smaller side. I wanted something Bigger than a regular three seater chaise sectional for game and movie nights but wasn't overwhlemingly large and this fit the bill. I love that it has the pull out option because it makes the space feel so much large when its put away but its great to have when you want to lounge for a movie night or a last minute need for a guest small guest bed. Im 5'3" so for me the couch is fine and im able to lay on it fully even without the pullout and my feet stull have a ton of room before the end of the couch. Everything was relatively easy to put together by myself and only took an hour. I mainly got this as I have a large fluffy dog who likes to dig at stuff before he lays down and the listing says the couch was scratch resistant and good for pet hair. He's laid on it rolled all around it and despite his long hair and mounds of undercoat nothing has yet to stick and most things by now id have to wash or vacuum and no tears in the cushions. The cushions are also all removable for easy washing which helps cut down on dog smell too. My only real complaint is the couch is pretty firm so it might be uncomfortable for some. I have back problems and nerve pain and at first the couch seems a tad uncomfortable when laying down but I honestly dont notice after awhile and became quite comfortable. I've already napped on it so can't be that bad but I just wish it was a bit softer. There's not much give to it if any but its not exactly stiff and hard if you get what I mean. The media could not be loaded. 4 boxes arrived on the same day, all of the pieces were shipped and delivered together. It takes 2 fairly strong people to unpack and assemble the set, but it’s a quick process. This sectional is perfect for my space. I’d never bought a couch sight unseen, so I was cautiously optimistic it would be good, but the fabric and quality exceeded my expectations. The shade of gray is exactly what I was looking for. The cost is definitely a fair price to pay for this. It is sturdy and well built. The loveseat has ample storage space for blankets and a pillow or 2. The sleeper sofa pulls out with minimal effort. The functionality of a couch and sleeper is definitely a plus. This is a firm set but I like that. And most sleeper sofas are on the firm side. I saw one comment…the buyer wasn’t happy with customer service. One of the cushions had a crease in it, maybe during packing. I emailed the seller. They responded in less than 24 hrs. They ask for photos, that was fair enough. I sent photos and they responded within 24 hr and immediately sent out a replacement cushion. The seller/company and their customer service is A+…I don’t know how they could improve. If ever I need another couch, I won’t hesitate to buy again from them. Based on my experience…the set can’t be beat and customer service goes above and beyond. My delivery window was Dec 6-10…all 4 pieces arrived on the 6th. Thank you for an awesome experience. I will also say this, before finding this sectional, I shopped locally. I was shocked at the lack of quality of name brand furniture especially for the price. I was even more surprised at the length of the warranty. Most had one year. I found one small couch, almost $800 or $900. I considered it since I needed something before Christmas. When I ask the sales person about the weight capacity, he couldn’t find it in any of the literature. He gave me the item #, I went to the website to research. It wasn’t posted anywhere on their website…and this is a brand that have furniture store where all they sell is their brand. The information provided on the Amazon website was complete, the warranty through the company was 1 yr, but it wasn’t too costly to buy the additional 3 yrs warranty which I did. This set also holds 466 lbs per seat. I don’t expect we will have that much on one seat, but nevertheless the information was complete. I absolutely love this sectional. Read more

This sectional is comfortable, stylish, and fits perfectly in my living room. The cushions are supportive but still cozy, and the fabric feels durable. Assembly was easy, and it seats multiple people comfortably. The pullout cushions create a great space to lounge back and have movie night! Ended up buying a second set for my father-in-law’s house. Bought it for our camper with limited space and could not be happier with this purchase! It’s a great size for the space, compact, offers a pull out bed for extra sleeping, easy assemble. This couch is aesthetically pleasing and exactly what I envisioned. I ordered a second single seat insert to extend it wider/longer and this made it perfect, visually. However, it is very firm. Borderline uncomfortable, especially when utilizing the pull out bed function. They sell a velvet version of this couch which looks very comfortable but doesn't look aesthetically pleasing. Its easy to put together, especially after watching the online tutorials but it is time consuming. I put it together myself. It would have been a lot faster with 2 people. After much research on this couch and others, I am happy with my choice. Visitors state they love the look of it. I haven't had any compliments about the feel of it yet however lol. Read more
