One of the ottomans was damaged upon arrival, but the Belffin team was quick and kind. They reissued a new ottoman and we had it within a few days. Will definitely purchase with them in the future. We were very skeptical with ordering a modular sofa system online. We’re old school, and thought there’s no way we would be happy with not seeing, touching, or sitting on furniture before we buy. We are pleasantly surprised and extremely happy. We were unsure if we should go with the velvet or the corduroy. We choose the velvet. The fabric is amazing to the touch and the color is just the perfect shade of emerald green. The size of the modular system was a perfect fit for our space and the value for the money can not be beat. Shopping at brick and mortar stores, smaller systems were way more expensive. This couch is absolutely gorgeous in color and feel! It is so large and comfortable while fitting our space perfectly. We're so happy we bought this item and look forward to years of quality use. Delivery was quick and putting it together straightforward (be prepared to open and unwrap lots of stuff lol). We unfortunately had an issue with the ottoman (popped seem) and reached out to the seller. After a couple of back and forth quick emails, they sent us a new one right away! I like this modular sofa because I can arrange it in different styles. It's comfortable, pretty, large, and easy to assemble. The only problem is that some of the cushions didn't fully inflate and are lying flat.
