Do yourself a favor and ORDER IT. I love this couch. My family loves this couch. I got the 12 seater in green. The color is much richer in person than online. It is so pretty. The couch is firm. The storage is great, no more blankets just lying around on the couch anymore they are nicely put away. Very easy to assemble, my 11 year old helped me put the entire thing together. It did come in two different shipments but it came earlier than expected so that was REALLY nice. I did have to contact customer service (the email provided on all the boxes) and they were VERY responsive and helpful. Ensuring above and beyond that I was taken care of. My kids have slept on it, they begged, and loved how it slept. The cushions are very tick and firm (but SO BEYOND COMFORTABLE). I looked into a very expensive alternative to this couch before purchasing this one. Let me tell you this one IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE COMPETITORS who was more than 8x more money. Buy this couch. I love this couch. My husband is gone a lot for work and our old couch was so hard for me to move so I could clean it. Now there's no trying to get crumbs from 3 kids out of cushions ect because you just take it apart and the crumbs can't get trapped. No graveyard of lost toys and dust bunnies under it. We also move a lot for husbands work we have been through a ton of couches because they wouldn't fit where we got sent next but now we can just set the couch up different. This couch is firm and pretty short. Im 5'3 and have a bad knee, my feet still touch the ground. I can get myself up easily even when I need my cane without help. I can see this being great option for somone else with mobility difficulties. If you are tall you may not love this couch because the backrest is fairly low. If you are used to your head resting against the back of your couch you cant do that on this one. The kids love the cushions to make forts and stuff. So I’ve had this couch for 5 days now and I’ve actually slept on it the past 3 nights, and I can honestly say I love it. The space is great; the material is super soft; and overall for the price, this feels like a huge steal for how great the quality is. It honestly looks beautiful too. Make sure to look at the specific product dimensions before choosing which size. A couple of things I would’ve wanted to know before I got it: how firm it is and the fact that the storage under the cushions doesn’t screw in or latch. When if you lift up, you’re essentially pulling out the whole thing. For the firmness, I wasn’t expecting it, but I’m overall pleased that it is because I feel it’ll last longer in the long run especially since I have dogs jumping around. Also, with the 12 seat sleeper: it’ll only have 8 backs! The picture makes you think there’s 10, but you’d be wrong, haha. When it comes to assembly, it’s super easy instructions and incredibly easy to move parts around to change shapes of the couch. Putting it together out of the box, it took my husband and I roughly 3 hours. For background, we are the kind of people who are efficient and quick with building and it still took us this long. We’ve had this couch for a little over a week now. We are a family of 8. With six kids ranging from teens to infant. We can all sit comfortably and not touch each other which is nice. I wish it came with more brackets to secure the couch together but I will live without them. It’s firmer than what I think most people would want but we enjoy that. Cushion covers are easily removable seeing as how we had a spill within the first hour so cleaning really is simple. Moving the couch around is extremely easy. It’s smaller than we initially thought it would be even measuring it out but still fits all 8 of us comfortably. Only thing I will note is side arms and back rests can be a touch flimsy, which just is irritating but I would still buy again even knowing that. Read more

My family LOVES this sectional. Think relaxation, great family couch, and great quality all in one. This sectional is also very large so it’s great for even the biggest of families. Having a 16 year old who’s friends all gravitate to the front room when over, this sectional has plenty of space to accommodate.
