Love this mixer!!! I love that it has 2 bowls. I love that it has an opening for placing your ingredients complete with a splash guard. It is awesome that the hand mixer locks into place and the bowl turns as the mixer beats! It is also very easy to clean. Everything fits into the bowls making it easy to keep all pieces together and pack away neatly. Unlike my Kitchen Aide, it is not heavy/bulky at all! This mixer actually surprise me with how quiet it is. It’s extremely functional. The sticky cups under the bowl help with slippage and that is an absolute plus. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was because I don’t like the extensive ridges around the bowl. It can be a pain to clean when my cake mix drips. Other than that I like it a LOT. I really wanted to love this mixer because the concept is great and it does have some nice features. It’s lightweight, which makes it easy to handle and move around the kitchen without feeling bulky or heavy. I also love the storage idea being able to place all the attachments inside the bowl is super convenient and helps keep everything together so nothing gets lost or takes up extra space. That said, the mixing performance is where it falls short. Even after running it for a while, there’s still dry batter sitting at the bottom of the bowl that doesn’t fully mix in, so I still have to grab a spoon or spatula to finish the job. It also takes some effort to dislodge the hand mixer from the base, which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s a smart idea with useful design features, but the execution could definitely be improved for smoother mixing and easier use. It works for very light tasks, but for the price and purpose, I expected smoother mixing and a more user friendly design. As cut as this mixer looks aesthetically unfortunately I would not buy again and it is not a good value for the money if it is lacking its main purpose mixing. As for durability, it feels solid enough for everyday light to moderate baking, and while it’s lightweight, it doesn’t feel flimsy. It seems like it would hold up well with regular home use as long as it’s not pushed for heavy duty mixing. Read more
