This product was great for about 6 months, then it turned off in the middle of the brewing process, made very loud noises, spewed water. I contacted the company ant told them what was happening and sent a video. They told me to cut the cord and send them a picture, which I did. They told me they’d refund my money…….that was on March 7, 2025. I’ve contacted the company twice and nothing!! Needless to say I’ll NEVER purchase another Bella product! Extremely disappointing! The media could not be loaded. Purchased September 17,2025 No longer working as of November 5, 2025 Super cute BUT NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Stopped brewing in mid brew of a 12 oz cup, water explodes on inside of maker. Early this week my Bella Coffee Maker struggled to make one cup of coffee, I had to restart at lease 4 times to get a full 12 oz cup. As of 11/5/25 it stopped working altogether the waters not filtering through the coffee maker into the cup and making squeaking noises when trying to make the cup of coffee. When dealing with customer service they were helpful but to me, you had to do too much to get a refund ... send video of machine making coffee etc. But I did appreciate that they were pretty much a phone call away oppose to dealing with them via email only. I wanted a replacement but just found out from Bella that they are out of stock and before they'll send me my credit refund they want a picture of the electric cord CUT to show thats its truly disabled, but I sent them a 2min video showing it trying to brew a cup of coffee unsuccessfully. Great coffee maker! I am literally saving $$$ for not having to buy coffee everyday--sometimes even twice a day. I always look forward to brewing a cup of coffee. Perhaps a complaint that I have regarding this coffee machine is that it is messy. I purchased the Bella Air Fryer a while ago and wanted to expand my collection by purchasing the coffee machine. The design is minimalistic and matte pink color is stunning. The only problem is that this device has only one button i.e. the ON/OFF button. In other words, the buyer is unable to decide what volume of water to dispense from the tank so, make sure you only add the amount of water you need otherwise it will cause a mess. I had to click the OFF button ahead of time on many occasions to avoid overfilling my cup. However, for the price paid, it does the job quickly within a few minutes but, leaks a little when removing the pod for cleaning (be careful it is hot at this stage!). I personally appreciate the size of this coffee machine and the thinness of it is enough for me to snuggle it between my mini-Christmas tree and my other desk items. I would highly recommend setting it up on a firm stable surface as it can cause spillage if placed on surfaces such as carpets. This machine is user-friendly and takes no time to setup. The other bit I was disappointed with is the stage that you can remove to place higher up in case your cup was a little short. The problem with it is that if you decide to use it at the higher position, the stage become slightly loose and tilted and may cause your cup to fall if too heavy. Love how it fits short and tall mugs, works fast, water is super hot, and the loose leaf adapter is primo…saves money on k-cups. Plus, you can put tea bags in it and it works wonderfully! Beautiful, matte plum color. I hope it lasts long. Read more

This thing never did actually make coffee. Running water through it one time to resulted in Luke warm splatters that would have been coffee stains. So... I moved the base up to the second position to actually test the coffee... The higher slot for the cup holder is very unstable and sags. The lid is huge, though it was shorter than my Keurig, it wouldn't fit under the same counter because the lid opens away from you and adds a lot of height when opened. So I pulled it from under the cabinet to add water, which is awkward given the way it opens, if you pour the water from the mug you're going to use and that mug is big, it is difficult to pour in the water without what leaning the machine backwards. Given all this, I would have made so and kept it but it simply never made any coffee. I sweet it up per the instructions... There's a little rubber topper on the inside that looked like temporary packing so I pulled that out and tried again... The water just gets luke warm for a few minutes before the machine turns off. Saving 30 bucks from just rebuying the Keurig just want worth it. The Keurig worked fine but after a few years it just didn't have the pressure and took too long to make a cup so I thought it better to replace it than clean it it again. Shrug emoji Read more
