Bellroy Transit Carry-On 41L carry-on luggage with hard shell and removable packing cells - Black

Took this with me on a 3 week trip paired with a Bellroy venture backpack and I was able to fit a good amount of stuff. As long as you're not an overpacker, this carry on would be good for a 1 week trip, but paired with a backpack, you can extend that 1 week. I took this onto several airlines with no issues with overhead bin. Not sure about more budget airlines. The wheels are extremely smooth. Comes with packing cubes but I opted not to use them, but they look pretty decent from what I can tell. If you already own Bellroy products, you know what you're going to get, this falls in line with the rest of their products. Modern looks and sleek, well thought out, and easy to use. Perfect carry-on for international travel, I used it on Lufthansa, Air Canada, and United. The internal packing cubes divider is actually so useful. I’m so used to a strap only, that this added layer of Organization is nice! The wheels are also super quiet, I rolled them through out the cobblestone European cities lanes. Surprisingly quiet! Rolls well. Looks clean. The packing cubes inside were useful. Fit very easily into overhead carry bin. No pockets on outside but I carry a backpack so it wasn’t really an issue for me. If you need quick access pockets, this isn’t the luggage for you. Once I put stuff in overhead, I never pull it out mid flight so it’s not an issue for me. Read more

Edit: doesn't effect the score... but the logo "bellroy" had a kind of shiny sheen on it, almost like some one wiped greasy fingers on the logo? I figured I'd just take a little alcohol on a clothe and wipe it off... no more logo lol. Completely removed the branding and guess what? it's still the same like shiny part right where the logo used to be. Just received today. I have not actually traveled with this yet, and I have no other luggage to compare this product to... I bought it simply based on online reviews and the specific dimensions for most carry on luggage being acceptable. I'm a buy once, cry once for things like this. I would much rather have the peace of mind knowing firstly that this fits carry on size for nearly all possible flights and that if something breaks I can easily repair it myself... If the handle or a wheel breaks on some other luggage you're simply just out your entire investment. I looked everything over and everything seems perfect. I kind of want to complain how thin and light everything feels - almost like... how can this thing possibly survive being thrown around in travel... until I remembered its a carry on... You're going to be the only one handling this for the most part anyway - this will probably last a lifetime. this is truly a buy once, cry once luggage as long as bellroy continues to make replacement parts. We travelled with it recently and impressed on how well it hold up with the brutal handling of baggage in airports. Recommend to anyone that is bringing a carryon. Surprising can easily pack a lot of stuff and the build of the bag allows you to put a fairly heavy backpack on top of it without issue and yet can still maneuver well through the uneven ground in airports. The online reviews about this bag were insane. I expected it to be the greatest bag ever. Spoiler…It wasn’t. We purchased the top ten bags in this category from Amazon and directly from the manufacturers. I have two bellroy wallet, AirPod case, travel bags, air tag holders… and others items.
