I have been using Benefiber for many years in powder form and I like that it dissolves quickly and has no flavor. These gummies however have a weird taste to them. It may be from all the different ingredients. There is 1g of sugar for 3 gummies and there are several fruits and vegetables. After reading all the ingredients I changed my 4 star rating to a 5. I can handle the weird fruit taste if it means I get all the benefits of fiber + fruits. Read more
