These are very nice material and perfect for summer! They run small. I am a women's medium size 8-10 and these are so tight at my hips that I cannot sit down in them without fear of tearing the middle seam. I worry if I were to size up the legs would be so wide it would not be flattering. I do appreciate the pockets. I will save forever in hopes of losing 5 pounds, because that is what we do. Read more

After a long-term extreme caregiving journey for two loved ones while also experiencing newfound excessive weight gain during menopause, I haven't worn anything other than athleisurewear for several years. So now that I'm going to start networking again, I need some pants. It's always a risk buying pants online especially from an unfamiliar brand. In the past, I've only purchased clothes online from stores that I would regularly shop in. But I figured I would give these pants a try, and I'm so glad I did. The fabric feels like the blend they say it is in terms of comfort and flow. The fabric label on the pants matches the blend percentages on the product description. This fabric blend makes them hang well, and they are definitely palazzo cut without being too extreme and causing a tripping hazard. In terms of overall appearance, I could easily use these for business casual without a concern. They feel like they would be comfortable enough to wear all day. One thing that was a bit disappointing is the pockets. They aren't big enough or low enough for my hands to comfortably hang in them. They are just big enough to fit my hand, but they are not cut deep enough for the length of my arms to naturally have my hands hanging in my pockets. So the pockets are more decorative than useful for me. In regard to the fit, I got the medium based on the size chart and they fit perfectly. So in my experience they are true-to-size. I'm 5'7", weigh 140 lbs., 30 inch waist, 40 inch hips. So I got a Medium according to the size chart and they fit perfectly. The hips fit well, but your hips couldn't be more than 1-2 inches bigger or they would squeeze across your butt. These fit me well without being tight across the butt when standing or sitting. Even though the waist has elastic at the back, I feel like they might squeeze you in the middle if you got the Medium and your waist is much larger than mine (30 inches). The elastic didn't need to engage for them to fit me, but because it's such a small section of the waist band, it seems like the non-elastic part of the waistband would squeeze you around the middle if your waist is 32 inches or more. I'm not sure that's the case since they fit me well. The length is utterly fabulous! As a woman at 5'7" with long legs (32" inseam), I'm on the high end of Regular length pants but Tall pants are often too long. These are awesome being plenty long without excess bagginess at the bottom. But they are also not threatening to be too short if they shrink an inch over multiple washings or if I'm wearing them with heels. The care instructions say machine wash cold and hang dry which is what I do with all of my clothes anyway. I washed these after trying them on as I like to wash all newly-ordered clothes before wearing them. They came out really nicely and don't seem to have shrunk at all. They will need a little light ironing or steaming to get out some light overall wrinkling though. An interesting feature I didn't notice when trying them on and only noticed after washing them and hanging them to dry (since I turn pants inside out to hang dry to allow the pockets to dry out) is that they have an extra layer of shorts-length fabric as an inner layer to prevent any see-through moments. I didn't even feel this layer when I tried them on, so it's loose and comfortable enough to do its job without feeling it. And it didn't create any visual lines when wearing. I'm not sure how this feature will look in any of the lighter colors, but in the black, it's not noticeable and might have a benefit. I would have rated 5 stars if the sizing wasn't so far off, and without a size chart for the individual item. I usually wear an 18/20 and ordered the XL. It's more a 14/16 to my great disappointment. The price is reasonable for the quality. The style is very current, with a wider waistband for better comfort, wide legs that are the current style, POCKETS!! which I love, and a comfortable, light-weight fabric in a medium gray I like. 45% Tencel makes it soft, flowy & smooth, 42% cotton adds to the substance of the material while leaving it flowing, w/9% nylon and 4 % linen adding to the material's comfort. These seem to wrinkle a bit but the wrinkles fall-out with body heat. Washing instructions include cold water, no bleach and hang to dry. Read more
