Tools arrived in perfect condition. The quality is excellent, both from the plastic parts and the stainless steel components. While the price is high, it is a pittance in comparison to purchasing true "Professional" components individually from Bergeon in full metal, etc... Finally, it works perfectly fine for a "serious" amateur that wants quality for their personal projects. Read more
I was looking for high quality watch maintenance tools for my husband (who has several nice watches). These tools are truly Swiss made. They feel and operate like it. Precision instruments for fine detail work. Perfect. He loved them. They are expensive, but , in this case, you get what you pay for. Read more

Jaxa wrench is plastic but well made. Wish the kit had interchangeable tips for the wrench. It won't work on a Rolex. It is pricey but the few tools you get are straight. The storage box should have extra storage slots for extra tools. Wish the eye piece came with a band to hold it against your eye. It's definitely a step up from Chinese tools. Wish it had a few plastic shields thrown in to protect watch backs and or dials. Step up from Chinese stuff. Still debating if it was worth it. Could have had a timegrapher AND 2 of the Chinese kits for this price. Read more
What a piece of crap set! The plastic tweezers broke on first use. Just lifting a small watch case back cover. (unglued) flippin’ glue! Really! The pin broke on first use of watch band pin extractor… Swiss made! Really! This set is worthless! Read more

The brand is know for its quality product but surely not the cases. I received mine broken and some items were somewhere stuck. I still would recommend it as it’s a solid repair kit (not the carry case😊) Read more
