I absolutely love this backpack! It’s perfect for work and has plenty of compartments to keep everything organized. One of the main reasons I bought it was the built-in lunch box section, such a convenient feature! It also has a padded laptop compartment and handy side pockets for bottles or small items. Very good bag. 4 stars instead of 5 due to quality of zippers and buckles. The buckles have come off a couple of times already and are not a great quality but was able to readjust and keep using regardless. Good purchase for the price and no regrets in buying it. Very big bag. Lunch box stays cold and it’s handy to only have one bag. My small purse, kindle, computer, lunch, drink and notebook all fit inside with room for extras. Good padding for my computer. Bought this for a work trip while I was still breast-feeding. I used the bottom for milk and ice packs and I used the top for my laptop and my pump and pump parts and cleaning stuff and it worked amazing. No problems in TSA pre-check getting through security and it held everything great. The water bottle side held my milk storage bottle there as well because I knew I was gonna be bringing back 70 or 80 ounces and I managed to put all of the bags in the bottom cooler with freezer packs and use my bottle for liquid and they stayed frozen for my three hour flight plus travel time and getting home! I did get other freezer packs that supposedly stay frozen for 48 hours on Amazon to go with it and I’m sure that helped I am 5 foot two in the backpack is pretty large on me, but I wasn’t uncomfortable. I just felt a little bit nerdy, but I needed it to be that big to hold everything anyway. Read more

Backpack is made of good quanlity. I usually store my iPad in its dedicated pocket plus a bunch of other things while keeping my lunch box insulated.Capacity is nice . Fits a bunch of stuff. Haven’t had issues with the zipper. Read more
