These boots were very pretty and very comfortable however they had no support whatsoever. The sole is very thin and feels as if you are walking barefooted. They had a glue smudge on the side on one boot and the other one has a deep indention as if it were pressed with a hot iron. I had to return. For this price, I would expect a better made boot. I usually wear a size 9 but ordered a size 10 and they fit perfectly. I have a wide and high instep foot. I actually loved the boot but for this price was afraid to reorder and get another defective boot. It would be nice to get some of these low flat boots with a memory foam sole that actually had some support. Would even pay more to get a decent pair. Now see price has been reduced to 27.99 and I paid 39.99.. Purchase was on 1-3, received on 1-11, returned on 1-10 and still NO REFUND! Read more

I don't like to leave bad reviews or comments but I this time I feel it important. I had purchase these boots and they were ok.. They are comfortable for the most part and looked nice but yet not super expensive. With that being said I purchased a second pair this year as a backup. When I received them it was right after the holidays around Jan 20th or so and I was getting back to work and very busy. They smelled when I opened the box . So I put them in my spare room and truly forgot about them. When I went to put winter things away I remembered the boots! I went and they did smelled not as strong but still they smelled. I knew I would not be able to use them. So I sent a message to the seller. I explained what had happened and told them I did not want to return them, I just wanted an exchange. I explained that I had not used them; they were brand new. I let them know I had used the original pair I had purchased and because I was so busy I just simply forgot. I was told no refund which I did not request but also NO EXCHANGE. I was told it had been about 3 1/2 month; and kind of oh well that's your problem now. I could understand if I was asking for a refund but no I simply wanted an exchange because the product they had sent was damaged and could not be used. They really smelled awful. As I said in the beginning I do not like to leave a review like this but I do not want someone else who is super busy to be left on the losing end just throwing money away. Let me start by saying that I own these boots in black and I love them. They are extremely comfortable and they look great. So I ordered them in tan, but as soon as I took them out of the box, I could see that the stitching where the ruching meets the zipper was really a mess. The black underside of the fake suede shows a lot. I checked the black ones that I owned, but of course you really couldn’t tell what the workmanship was like because everything was black and nothing showed. I’m going to keep them, but I am disappointed. I can highly recommend them in black or another dark color but if you’re thinking of getting them in a lighter color, you might be disappointed too.
