The product overall is good and serves its purpose. It’s not heavy and it’s completely made out of plastic. The sponge and dish soap dispenser is very easy to fill up and works very good it dispenses a good amount of soap enough to clean your dishes but not too much to waste. Mine doesn’t leak or anything like that it was well packaged and it looks sturdy enough pretty good for the money, the size is pretty good not too big and not too small that it fits a good amount of soap. The media could not be loaded. I bought this almost a year ago for my new house and I can said is perfect , I haven’t had any issues , doesn’t leak is super easy to use , you can refill the detergent on the bottle just taking out the top part you don’t have to unscrew, I have sent the link to my friends multiple times they love it . It’s hard to refill the section for the dishwashing liquid even if using a funnel. Functionality The towel rack won’t stay in place. It’s cheaply made so you pay for what you get. I will not purchase again. I thought it was cute but upon using it I realize I did not like it and the date had passed for me to return it plus to get the hand soap out of the bottle would have been challenging so I kept it used until soap is done then toss it.
