I bought this skort for work and based on the pictures posted by other reviewers, I wasn't sure if it was going to be work appropriate but I feel like I'll be able to get away with it it I wear it on my hips instead of my waistline. I want to love it because it’s comfortable. I would say it runs a tad small. I ordered an XL but am a L and it pulls oddly. Also-the elastic seems too wide for the casing as folds inside of the casing crating some odd lines. Definitely a lighter weight cheaper material. I liked that the height was mid thigh. I’m 5’10,” waist 32, hips 45, typically wear size 11/12 (9/10 if very stretchy!). Weigh 187. I got XL & it fits PERFECTLY! I looked at tennis/golf skirts for WEEKS, reading reviews, & figuring most would be too short when I bent over. I have an hourglass figure & thought the back may kick out too far, as well. I finally ordered & now I’ll be ordering 2-3 more!!! I LOOOOVE this skirt!!!!!! Great length & hangs great! I walked around my house for several mins, taking different strides bc I expected the shorts to ride up….they DIDN’T!!!!! For what I wanted this skirt is perfect and very flattering. However just be aware that it’s very short and does tend to ride up so if you have a big bottom like me that might be a factor. Terrible. The shorts are just polyester panels seamed together so there are thick seams that they bulge out through the skirt and it just looks terrible. The fabric is so thin and flimsy that is shows every seam, like huge vertical seams right down the middle and the sides. They just bulge through the skirt because the fabric is like a one-ply piece of toilet paper. The waist band elastic also has an off center internal seam, that just bulges out. Even with dark colors, I think this skirt will still be trash because the construction and fabric are just so bad. Don't even try it. Read more
