Super cute and great fit. VERY LONG ! I bought a 4 and 6 because I needed something stat! I didn’t realize they were velvet , because I had gotten this same dress from Nordstrom is a scuba material in 2 - but they were sold out. If you need something for Winter this is comfy and sexy. Read more
Beautiful dress! Comfortable and fit true to size! The asymmetric shoulder and cuts make it more interesting than the average black gown. It was a little long even with heels (I’m 5’4” and wore 3” heels), so I cut it and had to hem it by hand because I couldn’t figure out how to sew velvet on my sewing machine and I didn’t have time to get it altered. Very comfortable and has a very nice elegant look and feel. Im 5ft 6 inches and with a higher heel the front is just short enough that I don’t trip. I tried a few different dresses and this one left me feeling like it was made for my body. Definitely excited to wear to an event and save for a formal gala in the future. Read more

This fits true to size. It is form fitting, but not uncomfortably tight in the wrong places. I’m 5’7” 155 pounds and I ordered a 10 which I typically wear an 8, but I figured this would be form fitting and that just makes me feel uncomfortable. It has a small train which makes it even more elegant. I will need some heels for sure, so if you are rather short, it will likely be too long for you. Read more
