I was very nervous ordering a couch from Amazon. I read every review and also other reviews of furniture this store sells on Amazon. I also contacted the seller with a few questions I had about shipping and warranty also about the color since I seen some said it says gray but isn't. I would say the color is grey/ tan it depends on the lighting. I actually really like the color. It seems well made and the fabric so far is holding up well to our 3 dogs. I waited a month before writing this review because I wanted a true review. I have had to wipe up some dirt from dogs and it seems to Clean up well with just a little soap and water. Dog hair lifts up easy with a hand vac or my handy dog hair remover. The functions of our reclining ends seem to work well and we have had no issues so far. The couch is firm but I feel it has gotten softer over time of use. I actually like the firmness of it but if you are looking for supper soft this is not for you. I was told to purchase extra warranty from alstate here on Amazon for furniture so I did do a 3 year extended warranty for piece of mind. The company only has 30 day warranty and that is not very long. Hopefully I will never need it but feel better with it just in case. I would say as of now I would purchase this again and do not regret it. Shipping was a bit wierd and kind of scary when they say curbside shipping they mean just that . They don't do anything extra they just dump it off. As far as bringing it into the house my husband and I did it together fairly easily and it went together fairly easy. We actually added 2 more pieces when we purchased it . We got a extra counsel and extra seat . It fits so well in our living room and is what we were looking for. We looked at similar ones in stores and they cost more and can honestly say we're not any better then this couch. Honestly I think I like this one more then most we looked at. As far as the arm rest people mentioned in other reviews they fall flat . I have not noticed that yet they seem pretty fluffy but we will see how it goes over time. I just try to fluff them now and then . I hope this helps anyone debating on buying this sectional. This is by far the longest review I have ever written. (Update ) : we have this couch almost 6 months and have had no issues but mow i have about 3 to 5 little holes showing up on one of the seat cushions of the reclining end . I bought 3 year extended warranty through alstate . alstate wouldn't cover it even though i could prove it was due to faulty fabric so i contacted furniture company. Im not to happy this is happening 😒. (New updated ) so I contacted the furniture company about my issrue. I was able to prove with photos that my issue occurred from faulty fabric through photos. They were very nice to me and are sending me a new section of the couch at no cost to me to replace the defective section. So just letting you all know they are willing to work with you if something happens. (Another update) now the new section they replaced is doing the same thing the last one did the material seems thin and continues to separate from the backing and that causes it to get small holes . My husband reclines in this section all the time and I feel this continues to happen just from him sitting in it a lot and reclining. I stitched up the 2 small holes the best I can so they don't continue to get bigger and have now put blankets to cover the couch to try to make this couch last as long as I can . Because unfortunately I have come to the conclusion it's not well made and cheap material. I would not advise purchasing this sofa . I'm so upset about the turn out . I was so wanting to love it . 😔 ( Another update: the company sent me a second replacement for the defective fabric we seem to keep getting. My couch will be a year old next month and I now cover it to be safe I still love the look and how it feels to sit in . Just wish it was a little better quality material. The store I bought it from has been very good at helping me try to fix my issue. I won't be getting anymore help after this last replacement. But I am thankful for the help they have given me. I purchased this sectional in February of 2020, right before COVID kicked off. I'm not sure if they still do it, but the delivery guys assembled it for me. I also moved a few months after I got it, so it spent about a year and a half in storage. I have a 2-year-old now l, and she tests it's durability daily by using it as a trampoline. Lol Not only is it 2-year-old Olympics resistant, it has endured syrup, sauce from spaghetti, baby oil, milk, hot sauce, sweet tea...you name it, my kids have spilled it and it cleans right up with soap and water. When it dries, it looks as if nothing ever happened. My family and a few others ask where did I get it from because it still has firmness to it, but they say it's a very comfortable firmness. That's how I got back here because my sister insisted I send her the link to purchase for her family. I'm 5'4, 133 lbs. and I've learned to assembly it myself when I take it apart to clean underneath it, or search for the remote control behind it. I align it onto the little pocket things, then sit on it to secure it back into place with ease. It's roomy enough for my daughter and I to take a little nap side by side or when I kick back the reclining ends. Overall, I give it a 5 out of 5 because it's endured many tests over 5 years and it's still firm yet comfortable, easy to clean and takes a only a few hours to dry with no trace, kid resistant, and it still looks good. The left recliner on the sectional arrived defective. Only option is to return the entire couch. The sectional is beautiful and comfortable but it would be nice if the entire thing worked as described or if have a replacement part could be sent out. I do NOT recommend this sectional at all. We haven’t even had this couch for two months and it is already broken. One side arrived broken and because we had already trashed our old couch we couldn’t return just to wait 2 months to have another delivered. Now the other side of the couch has broken and you can no longer close the recliner. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COUCH. IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Read more

We’ve had the couch 3 years. For a few months we had it, we weren’t able to put it up due to remodeling our home. Come to find out when we put it up there’s a broken part of wood at the top in the wedge section which I assume is a weak point. We just left that be because it was our own fault for not checking the couch right away. Well as you can guess it’s gotten significantly worse. But that’s whatever I suppose. Well now the issue is the cheap plastic recliner lever is broken. So we are trying to find a replacement for that part. Hopefully what we ordered works and is more reliable. The couch itself is fairly firm but not hard. It’s not overly soft but still good fabric. Ours is more of a grey with a very small hint of green. It takes a good chunk of space but fits our family of 6. You just might be able to find a more durable, better quality elsewhere. Read more
