Just getting used to the car. It’s incredibly fast and takes a little getting used to. The controller is reasonably intuitive and the car withstands challenging terrain. With fresh batteries in the controller, control of the car reaches out to about 50 yards. I’m 74 and am looking forward to introducing it to my grandkids this weekend! Read more

This is my first (hobby grade) rc car i have had in probably 10 years and have had this RC car for a few days so far and it's quite impressive. It's definitely not for kids especially at full power. It's pretty darn fast even off road. I have seen some reviews were people said the cars got so much torque that the wheels will come off. Well the simple solution to that is make sure the wheel nut is tight before you use it every time. If you want some extra insurance put a dot of light duty (blue) lock tight on the nut. It will keep it on without making it impossible to get the wheel off when you need to. In the few days I have had the car it's been in grass, dirt, mud and rain and has ran great. I have even ran it through some good size puddles to wash it off with no problems. Definitely wanna make sure you oil (or wd40) up the joints to the suspension and the wheels after running it in wet conditions though. The batteries seem to last way longer than the 20 mins it says on the description or at least it feels like they do. The only problem I seem to have with the car is removing the battery. It's very hard to plug in and unplug the battery from the car. It fits so tightly together I have to use a knife to wiggle them apart. Supposedly this is normal with T connector batteries especially when they are new but will eventually get worn in after a few times According to a buddy of mine that's big in to RC cars. Other than that I have no problems with this car so far. It's held up to my beatings. I try to be somewhat gentle with it. So even if it does crash its not going full speed. But it's taken a few good tumbles and hits and has held up pretty well. So for the price this is definitely a good RC car to get if you want something fun that won't break the bank. Read more

Awesome truck!!! Be careful, this thing is fast! 😱 The details say it will do 35 mph! After trying a couple other brands, my previous Bezgar truck has held up very well, for 2 years, crashing into the curb full speed several times. Never any problem at all. This is my second Bezgar Truck. I got it for the upgraded size, and the upgraded improvements. There are some very outstanding upgrades. Improved suspension, and speed! And improved remote control. You can adjust the amount of steering capability, to help it go straight. Can't really explain it. Only one problem, my second time driving it, I drove it so fast one of the wheels came off! When the wheel came off, it lost a part, like a cotter pin on a real car. If you ever have to take a wheel off, be careful you don't lose that little piece. Amazon replaced it with a new truck. Yeah for Amazon! On my new truck, all four wheels needed tightening. So I'm letting you know, Tighten Your Wheels!!! Fantastic truck, have fun! 😃✌️ Read more

I have owned several different RC cars/trucks over the years (Tamiya Frog and Hotshot, Bezgar HB101, Traxxas Slash, Danchee RidgeRock, etc.) and, for the money, I’m impressed with the HM124! This ready to run, brushless, 4X4 car is FAST right out of the box (after charging the battery, of course)! When I turned the speed controller on the transmitter up to maximum, the car was nearly uncontrollable on smooth, dry asphalt. This little 1:12 scale car is a good size (between the larger and much heavier 1:10 scale HB101 and smaller 1:16 scale cars/trucks) and seems pretty solidly made (I’m especially impressed with the shocks as they are much better than those on the HB101 but not quite as good as those on the Traxxas Slash, for example). Straight from the factory and running on the provided 7.4v Li-Ion batteries, it easily runs at about 30 mph. I’m guessing that with a Li-Po battery, it will be able to run closer to 40mph. Pretty impressive for a budget car! Comes with 2 body shells and pre-installed decals (more on the decals later), three 7.4v, 1600Mah Lithium-Ion batteries for the car, transmitter (with AA batteries included), battery charging bag and USB chargers, and spare parts, tire nut wrench, nice LED lights, etc. Suspension is pretty solid and the oil filled shocks are surprisingly good for a budget car! Not that I anticipate any issues with this car but, having worked with Bezgar customer service in the past on a small, 1/18 scale truck, I can honestly say that they are great! Very helpful, responsive and willing to help with whatever they can to get you and your RC car, truck or buggy running right! HM124 Pros: -Sealed, brushless 2847 motor provides plenty of speed -Metal drive train and sealed metal differentials -4 wheel drive -3 wire steering servo -Fast running right out of the box with no modifications needed -Fun and pretty sharp looking too -Reasonably priced (especially if you can buy when a coupon is being offered) Cons: -Uses screws instead of bolts for structural components. Not a big problem unless you plan to open up the differentials or do more than medium level maintenance on a regular basis. -The decals on the bodies (especially the front ‘windshield’ and the rear ‘window’) are just a bit ‘cartoonish’ for my liking. -Not very upgradable as parts are not interchangeable with most major manufacturers (e.g. – Traxxas, Arrma, Redcat, etc). In all, I would buy this car again if I could do so when there is a coupon available. If you are looking for a more ‘long term’ RC truck/car, you might want to look at something from more mainstream manufacturers however, you will likely have to pay more and you probably won’t get the features that the HM124 has right out of the box. For a fun, fast budget basher, you can’t go wrong with the Bezgar HM124. Read more

I bash this thing hard. Abuse it like crazy. It still going after 5 years! Crazy amazing car. I own Traxxas and aarma trucks. This one is deff still a fav to get out and bash the living crap out of on jumps. Parts are super cheap and it rarely breaks. Orginal servo and esc. Only busted a diff and axel cause I ran into a pole. 100% recommend this truck and wish I had another. Read more
