The Bic mini is the perfect size to include in a small fire starting kit. It will even fit in a UCO plastic match container if you remove a few of the matches. I bought these for a particular application that would only fit the Bic mini lighter. They arrived today and, as so many others have commented, were three separate items and not in the Bic blister pack as shown on the product page. However, they were VERY well packaged, wrapped tightly in a bubble pack envelope, which was then placed in a shipping bag. They look good, work well, and are all full of fluid. As with any Bic opaque body lighter, if you turn the lighter on its side you can observe the fluid level through the translucent bottom piece. You might need to hold a flashlight up to the side of the lighter, but yes, you can monitor the fluid level. Read more
