My experience with this later situation is why I quit Amazon Prime and I buy anything I can access when I can. If they tell you they have a product try to buy it directly from the manufacturer because they will send you used and crap items and charge you full price and the vendors don't care. This was the last of several bad experiences with sellers and lack of accountability vetting Sellers from amazon. It's like one big online crap garage sale not really a marketplace. You do better going to Facebook marketplace. I'm finding that anyway. So anyway products were sent not working and opened and empty. Then a replacement was sent the same way. I don't know how these people stay in business. Go get it at the grocery store and be done with it. This is ridiculous. Amazon was kind to refund as an exception but it should never be an exception when you're being mailed crap. Read more
