My arm has been aching for nearly a year. It would start to improve, then I'd do something active to wrench it. I couldn't sleep well because of the pain even with pain medication. I've been using this compression sleeve for only a week, but I'm already seeing improvement. I'm an avid horseback rider, and it seemed most of the re-injury was happening at the barn. This is easy to wear and really helps. I have a muscle tear in my arm and I use a cane. So it just wasn’t healing. But this is giving me relief from the pain and the pain is definitely decreasing. Read more
This has helped my torn bicep but sadly I cannot wear it even over a shirt because I break out in redness, and extreme itching. I've washed the brace but even after that and over a shirt, it still happens. I am unsure why. Read more
