Great addition to the toilet. Does what it's supposed to. Easy straight forward install. No special tools needed. Although I do recommend using some kind of rubber gloves to remove the toilet seat bolts...eww. Have had it installed for months now and still no leaks. Great for cleanliness and an overall great value for its price point. My wife had the idea of installing this and I have to say, she was right on this one. First, I want to talk about the installation process. The package contents are well organized; the T-valve, hose, and connection parts are sturdy with no looseness or incompatibility. I completed the installation in 10–15 minutes without needing any additional parts for a standard American toilet. Thanks to its ultra-thin design, it didn’t ruin the appearance of the toilet or create an odd lift on the seat. The user experience is truly great. Since the water pressure is adjustable, I can set it to my personal comfort level. The feeling of cleanliness really makes a difference, and it’s very practical for daily use. Must have! From opening to full install, took about 5 minutes. Very easy and figure-out -able even without instructions (as long as you have common sense) . After install, I will say water flow take a few seconds to reach full power, but be careful!! Better to go slow than to shock yourself with its power lol. I want to start out by saying I am not a “handy” kinda lady. So when I tell you this was a fairly easy install I mean it! There were a few bumps along the way since I’ve never done anything like this before, but in the end I have zero leaks and it works correctly! I didn’t need any special tools. Heck I used a butter knife to screw the toilet seat off and back on again! It looks great and the seat sits properly. I will however warn you to go gently when you first use it… that spray is pretty powerful! Read more

The installation was easy, and I have been using it for a few days now, I LOVE IT! I feel so much cleaner than after traditional toilet paper. Not only your butt but your cooter too! Water pressure is crazy awesome, so far don't need to go past a 2. I didn't think about if it needed to be plugged in when I bought it but happy to say that you do not!
