BEWARE of the Return Policy
I purchased this expensive curling iron. It is not currently working after 14 days. This is our second one. The first one my girls loved so we purchased another one when my daughter moved. This one is not working. The return/warranty policy is terrible. Beware of companies that don't have a consumer friendly warranty policy. My daughters love the first curling iron. 2nd one not so much-I will probably have to purchase a 3rd because we cant wait 6-8 weeks for a warranty claim to be processed. Read more

Decent but not super impressed.
Still prefer my Babyliss. Or GHD. This one is more lightweight which isn't good on frizzy or dense hair. It doesn't get as hot, only up to 385. And it just feels less durable. My Babyliss and GHD both lasted me like 5 or 6 years, I don't foresee this one lasting that long just based on the feel of the weight, the buttons, the lack of smoothness of the design. For long hair only
If you have very long, thick hair, this might be a great curling iron. The barrel is the longest I’ve ever seen on a curling iron though, and as someone with shoulder length fine hair, it was not going to work at all. Read more
